If you haven't come across US blogger Rachel Held Evans yet, then you are missing out. She'a great writer and a thought-through egalitarian who champions the full equality of men and women on her blog. This week she's hosting a Week of Mutuality where she and others are 'discussing an egalitarian view of gender—including relevant biblical texts and practical applications. The goal is to show how scripture, tradition, reason, and experience all support a posture of equality toward women, one that favors mutuality rather than hierarchy, in the home, Church, and society.'
Today there's an excellent interview with Mimi Haddad, who is president for Christians for Biblical Equality. And other people are blogging on the theme as well, using the hashtag #mutuality2012 on twitter to take part - See Hannah Mudge's blog post for example on why UK Christians should care about mutuality.

The Sophia Network exists to empower and equip women in leadership, and to champion the full equality of women and men in the church.
This is very educational content and written well for a change. It’s nice to see that some people still understand how to write it.
