Martina

Thank you so much for posting this article. I am a woman church leader together with my husband. Our network of churches allows woman leadership but the general rule is that if it is Church leadership (minister of the church)a woman mainly gets prayed in as a Leadership couple. According to this article it sounds a bit Roman :-)
Although as a couple we lead the church as equals, in the eye of our network of churches my husband holds the overall responsibility. This does not stop woman though functioning in any kind of ministry within the church and from the outside no one would spot the difference in their service to the church.

I am also in the process of writing an essay on 1 Corinthians 14 and this article has been really helpful.

Thanks again
